If your product does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us.

Shipping instructions

We recommend returning your parcel using a shipping method with signature confirmation upon delivery.

Returns are at the customer’s expense and remain under the customer’s responsibility.

If you wish, you may also insure your return parcel.

Items that must be included

Please include the following items in your return parcel:

• the product

• the warranty card

• the presentation box

• a letter including:

  • your full contact details

  • your order reference

  • the reason for the return

  • your choice: exchange or refund

Return conditions

Your return will be accepted only if:

• the product is in excellent condition

• it has not been worn

• the seal is intact

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you by email that your request has been processed.
