The brief history
Promoting city watches of exceptional quality, the Clifton Baumatic collection is an example of innovation and expertise. The result of close collaboration between the Manufacture Horlogère ValFleurier, the Richemont Group's Research and Innovation team and the House of Baume et Mercier, the new Baumatic calibre BM13-1975A pushes back all current limits in terms of watchmaking technology.
The calibre
It is the logical continuation of the mechanical self-winding calibres of the Swiss watchmaking House and is based on 4 essential pillars: anti-magnetism, autonomy, precision and durability. More resistant to corrosion and shocks, the Clifton Baumatic collection combines a silicon balance spring and a high-performance escapement. It also features a power reserve 3 times greater than ordinary watches.

This model's refined design comes on a deep Bordeaux dial. Its black alligator leather strap gives it a certain elegance, while its 39 mm diameter case is perfectly suited to men looking for a stylish city watch. This Baumatic Swiss-made watch is undoubtedly a model that will mark a turning point for the House of Baume et Mercier.
