The MIDO brand, created in 1918 by Georges Schaeren, an experienced Swiss watchmaker, and derived from the Spanish "Yo mido" meaning "I measure", quickly became a byword for technical innovation. The Multifort collection was born in 1934, becoming one of the first antimagnetic watches with an automatic movement. This was followed by the Ocean Star collection in 1959 with a revolutionary monocoque case, reducing any risk of water resistance of the case back. Today, the brand is present at numerous events and is associated, among others, with Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series and the UIA, the International Union of Architects.

A tribute to the 1960s

The model ref. M026.830.11.051.00 reinterprets the aesthetic codes of the divers of the 1960s. Equipped with Calibre 80 offering up to 80 hours of power reserve, this watch is water-resistant to 200 metres. You will appreciate the elegance and robustness of its steel bracelet.
