A short history

Inspired by the new design of the Carrera chronographs, TAG Heuer applies this design to the 3-hand versions. Launched in 1963, the Carrera was one of the first iconic lines designed by Jack Heuer. An urban watch par excellence, the new Carrera is intended to be an everyday classic. Its new 36 mm steel case is timeless and elegant. It has refined lugs for improved ergonomics and a brushed finish for a sporty, sleek look. A fixed polished stainless steel bezel is fixed above its domed sapphire crystal, which is anti-reflective on both sides. The dial of the TAG Heuer Carrera is pink in colour, with stainless steel hour markers and luminescent hands. The pink colour of the dial adds a touch of femininity while maintaining an elegant and sober appearance. The watch case is made of polished and brushed stainless steel, giving it a refined and modern look. The TAG Heuer Carrera's stainless steel bracelet is equipped with a push-button deployment clasp for a comfortable and secure fit. The 36mm diameter of the watch makes it ideal for slim wrists, without sacrificing the legibility of the dial. The watch is also water resistant to a depth of 100 metres, making it suitable for swimming, water sports and snorkelling.

With a power reserve of around 50 hours, it is known among enthusiasts as being very robust. Visible through a transparent sapphire caseback, it stands out thanks to its "Côte de Genève" decorated oscillating weight.
