The Defy Classic represents Zenith's vision of the future! This Defy Classic Black Ceramic watch is characterized by its intense black, and the strong impression of volume that emanates from its architecture. Made of virtually unalterable zirconium oxide ceramic, the 41 mm-diameter Defy Classic case alternates between satin-finished and bead-blasted facets to highlight the contemporary geometric lines, designed after the original Defy from the 1970s. The angular silhouette is softened by the perfectly circular bezel. It is mounted on a black textured rubber strap, perfectly matching the rest.

Large luminescent baton hands and a fine star-shaped second hand fly over five stylized branches evoking the Zenith emblem. The grey minute ring, punctuated by faceted applied hour-markers, enhances an openworked mechanism with contemporary finishes. Visible through the dial and sapphire crystal caseback, this watch is powered by the Elite 670 automatic manufacture caliber, a classic movement produced by Zenith for decades and which appeared for the first time in a "Skeleton" version when these Defy models were released. Its construction has been completely revisited for the occasion, both aesthetically and technically. The openworked bridges feature new contours and state-of-the-art finishes, while the movement gains in performance thanks to the integration of a silicon anchor and escape wheel.

The package

This 2022 Zenith Defy is in excellent, scratch-free condition, thanks to its ceramic construction. It will be delivered Full Set, with its case and all its documents. This model has been authenticated and checked by our watchmaker and still benefits from the Zenith warranty until 2027.
