In 2025, this discreet icon is making a comeback in a modest 38 mm diameter, closer to its historical proportions, and adopting a deliberately minimalist design, faithful to the utilitarian spirit of the era. But inside, everything has changed: the Railmaster now features one of OMEGA's most advanced technologies — the Master Chronometer caliber 8806.

A dial designed for readability

The first thing that strikes the eye is the dark gray dial with a black gradient, subtly textured, matte, and free of unnecessary reflections. Far from any shiny or flashy trends, it recalls the surface of an instrument panel — robust, legible, serious. From the center to the edges, the color darkens, reinforcing the perceived depth and accentuating the geometry of the case.

The hour markers and Arabic numerals, painted in white and coated with Super-LumiNova, glow blue in the dark, while the equally functional hands take on a green glow. This color combination ensures immediate readability, even in low light conditions.

The transparent sapphire caseback reveals the Omega 8806 caliber, a true technical masterpiece. Certified as a Master Chronometer by METAS, it guarantees:
