Thanks to its solar technology and energy-efficient screen, it has extended battery life, which is essential for adventurers who spend long periods outdoors without access to a recharging source! The Fenix SOLAR are available in diameters of 47 and 51 mm.
The Fenix 8 AMOLED stands out for its AMOLED screen, which offers more vivid colours, high contrast, and superior clarity, making the visual experience more immersive and modern, a first for the Fenix range. This type of screen is a real plus for adventurers, offering refined aesthetics and detailed graphics, with fluid animations that enrich the experience. The battery life also differs from that of the SOLAR, but remains very substantial for a connected watch... So there's no risk of running out of battery power on your expeditions! The Fenix 8's battery life differs between the SOLAR and AMOLED models. SOLAR On the largest diameter model (51 mm), battery life is extended to 48 days in solar mode, and to 28 days on the 47 mm model. On the AMOLED model, battery life is also significant, with up to 29 days of use on the 51 mm model, 16 days on the 47 mm model and 10 days on the 43 mm model (in smartwatch mode).
