This Mille Miglia XL Race Edition, bearing the number 130, is distinguished by its generous 46 mm steel case, which houses a dial inspired by the codes of the automobiles that took part in the historic race between 1927 and 1940. The ultimate reference to the world of classic motor racing, this performance watch is dressed in a patinated Suportlo calfskin strap, whose water resistance and unalterable suppleness evoke the leather straps used to hold the hoods of racing cars.

What you need to know

This watch is water-resistant to 50 meters. Its case features a bezel fitted with a tachymeter, a screw-down crown and large chronograph pushers. The 130/1000 inscription on the caseback is inspired by the racing numbers of the participating cars. This Chopard is no slouch when it comes to engines. It is equipped with an automatic chronograph movement, beating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, visible through the transparent caseback. Certified chronometer by the COSC, it has a 60-hour power reserve and offers hour, minute, date, small seconds and chronograph functions with central second hand, 30-minute counter and 12-hour counter. And the little extra of this caliber is the Flyback function, always very much appreciated for restarting a time between two bends!

This Chopard watch is in "NOS" condition! Unfortunately, the case and its documents have been misplaced. However, it benefits from the one-year Lepage Vintage warranty and its undated Chopard certificate.
