A vintage-inspired mechanical watch, modernized for today

Since its launch, the Millésime collection has established itself as a manifesto for watchmaking that remains true to its roots: mechanical, elegant, and easy to read. Following the success of its 39.5 mm models, Raymond Weil is now offering its iconic watch in a 35 mm version, without compromising on its high standards of finish and balance. The result is a mechanical timepiece on a human scale, combining understated aesthetics, a Swiss automatic movement, and an intelligently structured design.

Design: the segmented dial, the signature of the collection

The segmented dial is the central element of the Millésime identity. In this silver version, it reveals all its visual richness, with subtle reflections and nuanced contrasts.

Under a domed Glassbox sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides, the dial is divided into three concentric circles:

• An outer minute track, decorated with a snail pattern for a delicate circular texture,
• A smooth hour track, marked with simple, well-spaced black baton hour markers,
• A vertically brushed central zone, which captures and diffuses light in a soft and elegant manner.

The small seconds display at 6 o'clock, integrated into a recessed circle, completes the ensemble with a discreet but visually striking presence. This dial recalls the rigor of a measuring instrument as much as the sensitivity of a refined object.

The silver-plated, faceted Dauphine hands coated with Super-LumiNova® ensure clear readability at all times, day and night.

Case and bracelet: functional classicism

The 35 mm stainless steel case, with its rounded, slender shape, is only 10 mm thick, ideally calibrated to preserve the balance of proportions. It combines vertically satin-finished surfaces (on the bezel), polished surfaces (on the bevel and the top of the lugs), and brushed surfaces on the sides, creating a subtle interplay of reflections and depth.

The watch is mounted on a supple, comfortable and resolutely modern gray calfskin strap. The slightly matte finish of the leather perfectly matches the silver tones of the dial. The signature “W” stitching on the lugs adds a discreet touch of identity. The ensemble is completed by an elegant and functional polished steel ardillon buckle.

Movement: mechanics on a human scale

This watch is powered by the RW4251 caliber, based on the Sellita SW261-1, specially adapted for compact cases. This Swiss automatic movement offers:

• Hours, minutes and small seconds at 6 o'clock,
• A frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz),
• A power reserve of 38 hours.

Its reliability and precision are proven, while maintaining a slim profile that respects the fine lines of the case.
