In 2022, this heritage is reborn in the form of a dedicated collection, the Longines Spirit Zulu Time, which combines contemporary elegance with sophisticated GMT tools for modern travelers. The reference L3.802.4.60.6 embodies this continuity in a redesigned 39 mm case with a new aesthetic.

A subtle aesthetic, designed for legibility

The 39 mm stainless steel case features a bidirectional rotating bezel topped with a blue ceramic insert with a polished and matte finish, engraved with a perfectly legible 24-hour scale with a luminous triangle marker. The finely grained anthracite dial contrasts elegantly with the applied yellow gold hour markers and matching hands, all coated with Super-LumiNova® Light Old Radium. The display is both elegant and extremely legible, day and night, in all lighting conditions.

The date window is discreetly integrated at 6 o'clock, topped by the five stars emblematic of the Spirit range, a guarantee of superior reliability. The understated dial is enhanced by warm tones of gold and blue, giving this version a resolutely modern character.

A high-flying caliber for travel

Like all watches in the Spirit Zulu Time collection, this model is powered by the Longines L844.4 automatic caliber, designed specifically for multi-time zone display. It is a COSC-certified chronometer movement with a silicon balance spring, a non-magnetic material that is resistant to temperature variations and wear.

Its 72-hour power reserve offers optimal comfort even during long journeys without use. The black GMT hand with a yellow gold arrow, linked to the 24-hour bezel, allows you to check a second time zone at a glance – an essential feature for frequent travelers, pilots, or international professionals.

This Zulu Time is mounted on a stainless steel bracelet with a double-security folding clasp and push-piece opening mechanism. The quick-change system allows the bracelet to be replaced easily without tools. The watch is water-resistant to 100 meters (10 bar), confirming the status of this versatile model as a tool watch.
