At the heart of this J12 beats the Calibre 12.1, an automatic movement produced in Switzerland by the Kenissi Manufacture, of which CHANEL is co-owner. Certified as a chronometer by the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC), it guarantees outstanding precision and offers an approximate 70-hour power reserve.

Its matte blue dial features rhodium-plated indexes individually positioned and secured by hand, while luminous hands ensure optimal readability in all conditions. Through the anti-reflective sapphire crystal caseback, the Manufacture movement is revealed with subtle elegance, showcasing the watchmaking expertise behind this creation. Water-resistant to 200 metres thanks to its screw-down crown, the J12 Bleu effortlessly combines technical performance with everyday sophistication.
