Chopard
For Chopard, luxury is written with sincerity, emotion and commitment. Since 1860, the independent Maison has combined jewellery elegance with Swiss watchmaking precision in creations where ethics transcend aesthetics. Happy Diamonds, Ice Cube, Alpine Eagle and Mille Miglia are just some of the icons that express a free, sustainable and luminous style. At Chopard, every piece of jewellery and every watch embodies a look... and a conviction.
The history of Chopard
Founded in 1860 by Louis-Ulysse Chopard in Sonvilier, the company first made a name for itself with its precise and refined pocket watches. Taken over in 1963 by Karl Scheufele III, a German watchmaker and jeweller, Chopard entered a new era, combining fine watchmaking with creative jewellery. In 1976, the iconic Happy Diamonds collection was born, followed in 1993 by the Happy Sport watch, a unique combination of steel and moving diamonds. In 1996, Chopard began developing its own movements at its Fleurier manufacture, affirming its technical independence. Committed to ethical luxury since 2013, the company now uses only responsible gold. Still family-owned and run by Caroline and Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, Chopard embodies generous, free and sustainable elegance.

WATCHMAKING AND CHOPARD
Chopard has created three iconic watch collections, each with its own strong and distinct identity: Alpine Eagle, Happy Sport and Mille Miglia. Focus on these collections that embody the brand's watchmaking excellence.
