Millésime: between watchmaking tradition and modern simplicity

The Millésime collection embodies Raymond Weil's desire to return to the fundamentals of watchmaking: a pure, mechanical, legible, well-constructed watch designed to last. After being acclaimed by the industry at the 2023 Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève in its Small Seconds version, the collection is now expanding with this central seconds version, retaining the iconic sectorized dial in a perfectly balanced 39.5 mm diameter.

The 2925-ST-60001 model, shown here with a stainless steel bracelet, adopts a sober and effective graphic language, carried by the anthracite hue of the dial and the high-end finishes on the case. A watch that speaks to those who appreciate quiet precision and discreet presence.

An anthracite dial with controlled depth

The dial is revealed beneath a domed Glassbox sapphire crystal, which is both retro and luminous. It plays on textures and depths to structure the reading of the time. The perfectly smooth hour track features fine silver applied hour markers arranged at regular intervals. The minute track, decorated with a spiral pattern, adds movement and subtly captures the light. In the center, a vertically satin-finished area creates a gentle tension between the matte surface and discreet reflections. A thin central cross divides the dial into four balanced subdials, reminiscent of the technical dials of vintage pocket watches. The silver-plated, faceted dauphine hands are coated with Super-LumiNova for ideal readability at all times. The slender, flowing central seconds hand enlivens the dial without ever overpowering it.

Polished/satin-finished steel case and bracelet

The stainless steel case has a diameter of 39.5 mm and a slim thickness of 9,25 mm mm. It features a vertically satin-finished bezel that contrasts with the polished bevel, adding relief without ostentation. The lugs, polished on top and brushed on the sides, extend this alternating finish. The flexible and structured five-link steel bracelet also alternates between polished and satin finishes for a constant play of light. It is secured by a practical, elegant and perfectly integrated double-push-piece folding clasp.

A reliable and precise Swiss automatic movement

Inside the case beats the RW4200 caliber, based on the Sellita SW200-1. This self-winding mechanical movement beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and has a power reserve of 41 hours. The transparent case back reveals the movement and its oscillating weight engraved with the W monogram, Raymond Weil's discreet and iconic watchmaking signature.
