quatix® 8, Garmin’s marine expertise on your wrist

Specifically developed for life on the water, the Garmin quatix® 8 stands as a benchmark among marine smartwatches. It combines a bright 1.4″ AMOLED display with a robust construction designed to withstand demanding marine environments.

Its 47 mm case features a titanium bezel, waterproof buttons and a metal sensor guard. The scratch-resistant glass and water-rated design also allow use for diving activities up to 40 metres, whether freediving or scuba diving.

Boat control and dedicated marine features

A true onboard control centre on your wrist, the quatix® 8 enables streaming of boat data directly from your compatible chartplotter, including depth, wind, engine RPM and customised data. Thanks to the built-in speaker and microphone, you can also operate your chartplotter using Bluetooth® voice commands, keeping your eyes on the horizon.

It offers remote control of compatible Garmin equipment, including autopilots, Force® trolling motors and Fusion® audio systems. Regatta features (race timer, tack assist and starting guidance), tide alerts, anchor drag alarms and waypoint marking complete a set designed for boating and sailing.

Advanced navigation and comprehensive mapping

The quatix® 8 integrates multi-band GPS with SatIQ™ technology, delivering optimal positioning accuracy while managing power consumption efficiently. It comes with preloaded TopoActive multi-continent maps and supports BlueChart® g3 marine charts (optional), incorporating Navionics® data.
