The Colette medal special 100th anniversary edition
Available in limited edition only, this medal is an exclusive creation signed by Lepage, made on the occasion of the centennial anniversary of our jewelry House. The idea of this pendant came to us as a matter of course, joining our Colette collection, a true signature of Maison Lepage. Designed to be slipped onto a yellow gold diamond chain, which rolls on your skin and shines as it catches every glint of light, it offers a different finish on each of its sides so you can wear it as you wish: one side with a polished and shiny finish, and one side with a sandblasted and matte finish.
For the record
Beyond the desire to fashion an aesthetic piece of jewelry, it was important to us that a deeper meaning justify this creation. So, if you look closely, you may notice something surprising in the patterns that compose it... Indeed, each part of the design of this medal is linked to an element of our history. Thus, starting from the center of the medal, you will find the outline of the famous Citadel of Lille surrounded by twelve small apples, the original hallmark of our company, recalling the Norman origins of the Lepage family. Around it, starting from the center and forming a delicate pattern like that of a stained glass window, are the emblematic monuments of each city in which our stores are located. You will be able to discern the cathedral of Rouen, the Belfry of Lille and ... of Le Havre. At the ends of these patterns, a fleur-de-lys, reminding ..., and finally an alternation of circles and triangles, an obvious reference to our logo and .... It is thus a whole History which is related through this jewel, holding a strong symbolic value and a powerful emotional charge.
Jeweller's word
Fashioned in 750-thousandth yellow gold, the finest quality of gold in existence, this pendant is a precious piece of jewelry that took us many months to design and then create. Of great finesse, the openwork pattern is comparable to a delicate lace veil, with its subtle and refined play of shapes. The diameter of 25 mm offers a beautiful volume to this medal, which will come to curl in the hollow of your neck, sublimating your cleavage. Numbered, each piece is unique and reveals all its beauty in the light, the gold shimmering with the slightest of your movements...
