For more than 20 years, Angelo Bonati has transformed the Panerai brand, which he joined in 1997 as CEO. He is considered by many enthusiasts as the face of the rise, adoption and love created around the brand. In the beginning, the Paneristi were united by passion, with an extremely sharp knowledge of the products. True enthusiasts who sometimes criticized their choices, but always with heart and enthusiasm. Panerai has therefore paid tribute to this amazing community by designing and developing special edition watches. A way to thank the Paneristi and their unwavering commitment to the brand and between each enthusiast.
Before leaving the brand in 2018, Mr. Bonati wanted to design a unique watch to bid farewell to these die-hard fans. This watch is the PAM911, released without any advertising or fanfare. A watch designed as the "Last One for Paneristi", a real Panerai for the most passionate fans of the brand! A model with the DNA of this mythical brand.

What you need to know

This piece is in an exemplary state of preservation. The watch lovers that you are will appreciate this rare model, limited to 500 pieces. The watch comes with a beautiful toad leather strap, and the pin buckle shows no trace of scratches.

The reason this edition is so popular with Paneristi is that it has all the unique features you would expect from a Panerai. It features a 44mm diameter Luminor case and a beautiful green "camouflage" dial. This dial features a "sandwich" construction, which represents the very essence of the brand. This PAM911 is also equipped for the first time with gold hands, which match perfectly with this green color and the "faux patina" Luminova. This set gives an incredible neo-vintage look!

The case back is screwed down and features an engraving "Last One for Paneristi". The little extra touch is the engraving of the initials of the former CEO of the brand, Angelo Bonati. This is an eternal reminder of the work Mr. Bonati did for the brand and his last goodbye through the design and release of this timepiece.

A manufacture caliber

At the heart of this Panerai is a hand-wound Manufacture movement with an 8-day power reserve. One of the best decisions Mr. Bonati made with this piece was not to put the words "8 days" on the dial, which are frequently found on models powered by the P5000 caliber.

The package

This piece was manufactured in March 2018. We have the original green case, unique to this special edition, which includes the screwdriver, chocolate rubber and original Panerai leather strap, the manual as well as the warranty booklet (this one is undated and unstamped). This Panerai "Last One for Paneristi" has been authenticated and witschi tested by our watchmakers and as such benefits from the Lepage Vintage 1 year warranty.
