As a long-standing partner of the emblematic Scuderia Ferrari, Hublot has never taken this collaboration lightly and regularly treats us to spectacular limited editions that literally tear each other apart. This example from the 2014 series was one of the very first to carry the famous Maison UNICO calibre, to which we will return later. This model, like all Ferrari models, is a strong condensed version of the Hublot and Ferrari DNA, a colourful piece with outstanding performance.

Innovative materials

This masterpiece with the number 0135/1000 is 45.5 mm in diameter. Its bezel is cut from carbon ceramic, the material used for Formula 1 brake discs. The rest of the sandwich case of this Big Bang, made of black titanium ceramic alternating mirror polished and brushed finishes and carbon for a resolutely sporty look, is relatively discreet. The yellow of the indexes, hands and topstitching enhance the whole to leave no one indifferent.

Engine side: UNICO

The home-made Unico caliber is the result of 4 years of intense research. It represents the quintessence of Hublot's know-how and has been entirely designed, developed, machined and assembled by Hublot watchmakers. Its flyback chronograph allows it to be reset to zero at any time. The hour counter is driven directly by the barrel, and there is no jumpers in the chronograph mechanism to enhance its reliability and robustness. The anchor and escapement wheel of the UNICO movement are made of silicon, making it lighter and non-magnetic. The UNICO has only 330 components to increase its robustness. Finally, it has a comfortable 72-hour power reserve.

The package

This watch is in exceptional condition, it was obviously worn very little by its former owner. It will be delivered to you Full Set: original case with integrated Swiss Kubik mechanism to be always trimmed, warranty card, limited edition certificate. The bracelet is the original one, it is in excellent condition. It has been authenticated by our watchmakers and as such benefits from the Lepage Vintage 1 year warranty.
