The pitch

First released in 2005, the Planet Ocean 600 M is part of the Seamaster collection and keeps Omega's maritime heritage in mind. Equipped with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a blue ceramic dial with Arabic numerals since 2016, it offers high quality performance with its Co-Axial calibre 8900. Sophisticated, it is visible through the sapphire case back, and has been tested by METAS to be certified as a "Master Chronometer", the highest standard of chronometry at the Swiss House.
Its design is instantly recognisable, thanks to its rotating ceramic bezel and helium valve at 10 o'clock. A true professional watch, offering maximum legibility with its arrow hands and luminescent indexes.

What you need to know

Equally at home on the beach or in the city, this Seamaster is first and foremost an instrument for the aquatic environment. Its 43.5 mm stainless steel case is free of marks, as is its strap. However, the folding clasp has some scratches from daily use.
