Millésime Moon Phase 35 mm

Raymond Weil continues to expand its Millésime collection with this Moon Phase in a compact 35 mm format, ideal for women's wrists. Five new references are available in two main versions, including this one in steel with a denim blue dial and lugs set with 16 lab-grown diamonds (0.26 ct).

In this version, the watch takes on the appearance of a jewel, without ever compromising its technical legitimacy. It embodies the quintessence of modern femininity: confident, refined and style-conscious.

Design

The segmented denim blue dial, the collection's visual signature, is a true work of balance. Three concentric zones interact harmoniously: the smooth hour track, the minute track decorated with a spiral pattern, and the finely brushed vertical central zone. The whole is structured by a discreet central cross and surrounded by simple, elegant black Arabic numerals.

The silvered dauphine hands, coated with Super-LumiNova®, reveal a subtle glow in the dark, ensuring optimal readability. At 6 o'clock, the moon phase complication is housed in a perfectly integrated circular aperture, revealing a human face accompanied by stars. This poetic, clear and graphic display brings the dial and time reading to life.

The stainless steel case is enhanced by a vertical satin-finished bezel, which contrasts elegantly with a polished bevel, reinforcing the overall level of finish. The polished and satin-finished lugs are set with perfectly integrated laboratory-grown diamonds, adding a jewel-like dimension without ostentation.

The whole is topped by a domed sapphire crystal with a double anti-reflective coating, which offers beautiful visual depth and accentuates the vintage effect of the piece. The soft and comfortable blue calfskin strap is embellished with a discreet but distinctive “W” stitching. It is secured by a polished steel pin buckle.

The movement

This model is powered by the RW4280 caliber, based on the Sellita SW280-1 base. This Swiss automatic movement offers hours, minutes, central seconds, and moon phase functions. It has a power reserve of 41 hours and beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour, ensuring precision and fluidity.

The transparent case back allows the mechanics to be admired, notably the oscillating weight engraved with the RW monogram, the watchmaker's signature. The watch is water-resistant to 50 meters, making it elegant yet designed for everyday wear.
